Wei Xu, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dr. Wei Xu is a visionary leader with a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Arizona. He is an expert in signal transduction. Following his graduation, he conducted research at UT MD Anderson, exploring the use of natural compounds from Chinese Medicine to treat breast cancer. Dr. Xu is also a successful entrepreneur, owning a multimillion-dollar business. His leadership and innovative approach guide Nidore Therapeutics in its mission to develop groundbreaking therapeutics.

Chihling Chou, Ph.D.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Dr. Chihling Chou is an accomplished scientist with a Doctor of Philosophy in Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University, one of the top medical schools in the world. Dr. Chou is an expert in protein structures, a specialization that stems from her rigorous Ph.D. training. She brings over 15 years of experience in biologics development and tech transfer, specializing in proteins, ADCs, viruses, and mRNA-LNPs. Dr. Chou has a proven track record in regulatory filings with FDA, EMA, MHRA, and PMDA. Her expertise in analytical methodology, control strategy development, and cross-functional team leadership is instrumental in driving Nidore Therapeutics' technological advancements. Dr. Chou's proficiency in DOE, QbD, and statistics ensures the highest standards in our development processes.

Zhou Wan, MD, Ph.D.

Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Dr. Zhou Wan is a distinguished medical professional with a Ph.D. in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona. She is a Diplomat of Acupuncture and Herbology (NCCAOM) and a Texas Licensed Acupuncturist. Dr. Wan's extensive training in both Eastern and Western medicine provides a unique perspective in our research and development efforts. As a board-certified Chinese Medicine Physician since 1995 and a member of the American Diabetes Association (ADA), Dr. Wan actively contributes to our clinical research studies, bridging traditional practices with modern pharmacology.

William Xu

Leading Computer Scientist in Machine Learning

William Xu is a prodigious talent in the field of machine learning. Recently graduating with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Houston, William has been immersed in machine learning since high school. With over 7 years of experience in AI, his innovative approach and expertise significantly contribute to Nidore Therapeutics' advanced drug discovery processes. Despite his young age, William's deep understanding and practical experience in machine learning make him an invaluable asset to the team.
